FinView 1.8: Platform highlights and new features

The FinView 1.8 update introduces custom report sharing for clients via FinView Control, threaded inbox communication, full WhatsApp integration, and so much more.

The team at FinView is delighted to report that version 1.8 is ready and aims to improve how operations, usability, and communication processes are done in relation to debt collection. Here are the key features and improvements:

Client custom report Sharing

A highly requested feature over recent months is the ability for customers to download their own reports at any time. In response, we’ve launched a new report sharing module. FinView Hub users can now create custom reports and share them directly with customers through FinView Control. Whether it's an overview of payment plans or closed case summaries, your clients can log in and access shared reports whenever needed. This feature streamlines operations, saving you and your team valuable time while enhancing customer transparency.

New threaded Inbox for efficient communication.

FinView’s all-in-one inbox already consolidates conversations from multiple channels into a single view. With our latest feature, FinView automatically threads multiple conversations from the same channel, making it easier to track the entire conversation history in one accessible thread. Similar to platforms like Gmail and Outlook, this feature eliminates the need to scroll through scattered messages, streamlining communication and ensuring a smoother process. This upgrade is designed to enhance user experience and efficiency in managing multiple interactions.

Unlock improved results with our new WhatsApp integration.

Deliver personalised and interactive messages directly to your customers through a platform they trust—WhatsApp. With our complete WhatsApp integration, you can create timely, customised interactions at every stage of the debtor journey. Use templates to streamline messaging, initiate conversations within 24 hours of receiving communication, and link conversations to specific contacts for a more personal touch. Whether you’re sending reminders or payment updates, this integration ensures engaging and effective communication, driving improved results in your debt recovery process.

Further communication enhancements.

Our latest updates bring even more flexibility to your inbox. You can now forward emails and add BCC or CC recipients, even if those contacts aren't registered in your database. This ensures that you can easily loop in additional parties as needed without the hassle of manual data entry, streamlining communication and improving efficiency in case management. These enhancements further improve your ability to manage conversations and keep all stakeholders informed.

Manually adjust case financial components with ease.

We’ve expanded the flexibility of adjusting financial components, like debt collection costs and interest. With our enhanced adjustment module, collection specialists can now make changes to key financial aspects of a case in just a few clicks. This helps resolve case upload errors and allows for quicker financial adjustments during settlement discussions. All changes are visible in the case management overview and fully tracked for audit purposes, ensuring transparency and compliance throughout the process.

Other Key Updates:

  • Breathing Space Re-Initiation: You can manually re-initiate breathing space and adjust its duration.
  • International Number Formatting: Support for international phone numbers using the "+" prefix.
  • Improved Web-hook Setup: Enhanced external service integrations.

With these new features, FinView 1.8 delivers enhanced flexibility, improved communication management, and greater control over debt collection processes. Stay ahead with our cutting-edge solutions tailored for your success.
